“Bravo K9 is the best place for boarding or daycare for your dog. The owner, Serena, truly cares about the well being of your dog. My Shih-Tzu has developed anxiety over the years and Serena made sure he felt comfortable in every situation while he was under her care. She even made sure he was acting normal after he was already home with me! She treats every dog like it is a member of her family. Her attention to detail when it comes to the dogs under her care is amazing. I love that she posts videos of the dogs throughout the day. By seeing a video of the dogs I can see the environment they are in and really notice how my dog is feeling whether he is nervous, playing with other dogs, or just lounging around. You can’t tell those things from a simple picture that some boarding places post. The videos are how you can see if your dog is okay and adjusting well.

Serena always watches the dogs and interacts with them during group play. This is crucial in making sure all dogs are getting along and developing a relationship with your dog so they feel comfortable. I’ve seen places that let dogs run wild with limited interaction or staff who aren’t paying attention. That won’t happen at Bravo K9. I know my dog is safe there. Serena has built a business from the heart and really makes sure your dog is cared for just like she would care for her own. “My dog loooooved Bravo K9. He's special needs (anxiety, needs medication) and Serena always took great care of him. My dog does NOT like strangers but Serena has somehow managed to be the only doggie daycare person that my dog has liked. I really do not know how she did it, but I'm super impressed! He even got excited whenever we turned into the driveway of the facility.
Bravo K9 frequently posts updates on their social media so that you can keep up with your dog. The dogs always look like they're having fun and are well supervised. I moved out of the area and haven't found another place like Bravo K9. We miss it so much and would recommend them to anyone!” - Kim
